7 Layer is delighted to add another recruit to this prestigious club in the guise of Sam Plews, software developer, who achieved an excellent score of 911/1000 in his recent Technology Specialist (TS) exam 70-536: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0—Application Development Foundation. 70-536 is one of the core exams for all the .NET Framework 2.0 certifications. It tests knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and the implied knowledge of the Common Language Runtime and basic functionality it provides and targets the .Net framework 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005.

'The Technology Specialist certifications enable professionals to target specific technologies and to distinguish themselves by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in their specialised technologies. Microsoft Technology Specialists are consistently capable of implementing, building, troubleshooting and debugging a particular Microsoft technology'. Microsoft Learning. The 70-536 exam is part of the MCTS certification group, which also acts as the building block for MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer).
